Tasks

Lead team as a people manager to oversee team operations and task allocation.
Oversee the end-to-end process and logistics flow from the HQ DC to the final destination RDC in Korea.
Manage import/export operations, customs clearance procedures, and pre-clearance Value Added Service
Handle operations involving bonded transport and freight forwarding companies.
Calculate and process payments for customs duties, VAT, and export clearance fees.
Communicate closely with the Zone Supply Chain team in APAC and the HQ Sales Admin team.

Requirements

Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
Extensive knowledge of import/export management, customs procedures, and customs broker operations.
In-depth understanding of Ocean Freight and Air Freight processes and associated lead times.
Proven experience in processing customs duties, VAT, and related export fees.
Background in the domestic or international retail industry, specifically within luxury brands.
Knowledge of documentation for special raw materials, such as CITES and Wild Permits.
Min 5 years of Logistics experience, 2 years of people management
Retail experience preferred but not mandatory
Business-level English proficiency for international communication.
