Job Description
1) MINI Product and Price Strategy

1. Define model range for market by examining product availability and market demand factors with profitable business case.
2. Develop the long-range planning (LP) with considering long-term trend and market requirements.
3. Manage the MINI model, engine, and option portfolio considering the entire product lifecycle.
4. Price new models and existing models to secure strategic price positioning
5. Edition product management

2) MINI Product Communication and Operation

1. Homologation profile, process and Gov. subsidy management
2. MINI Charging App mgmt. and connected drive management (MINI App/RSU Product info, CoDu mgmt., CCR, legal doc)
3. Develop and provide market specific product information and sales argumentations for sales consultants and related departments.
4. Consult and approve locally developed product communication tools to deliver product strategies to the market.
5. Provide support to sales-related employees, dealer sales consultants, and MINI Genius in training sessions or product events.

3) Market Intelligence

1. Define the MINI model and engine portfolio taking the market requirements, competitors and anticipated new trends into account.
2. Monitor and research legal and governmental framework conditions.

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Min. 5 years of experience in automotive or relevant industry
3. In-depth knowledge and understanding of automotive industry and product
4. Good understanding about automotive industry and cost and price structure
5. High level of affinity with cars and brand
6. Strategic, analytical working approach and system oriented
7. Super positive mind with strong logical thinking skill set
8. Excellent command of English communication in both written and verbal
9. Extensive experience in the automotive industry (sales, marketing) would be beneficial
