Financial Planning & Analysis

1. Support annual planning processes based on guidance from WW and AP management team.
2. Preparation/integration of all the quantitative and qualitative elements of the annual operating plan via various scenario analysis.
3. Preparation of monthly Sales & Profit Forecast including any updates together with analysis/explanation of variance from previous forecast/plan/last year.
4. Manage weekly and monthly financial data such as Company’s KPI etc.
5. Provide weekly Sales & Profit analysis data Actual vs, Forecast, Plan and Last year.
6. Review and analyse budget and actual expenditure on departmental expenses and provide proper information for effective control.
7. Provide information and assistance on special project work through appropriate financial analysis including feasibility studies.
8. Coordinate inventory management between the Marketing and Manufacturing units. Provide continuous input to Marketing on their usage forecast
9. Finance Planning manager and/or coordinate with Manufacturing Finance on all matters relating to financial planning, reporting.

• University graduate majored in Accounting, Business Administration. AICPA is preferred.
• 1-2 years of financial experience
• Good data managing, planning, forecasting and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal skill to manage team, cross functional experiences closely working with sales and marketing team
• Good in English both written and spoken.
• Good in Microsoft Excel
