Tasks
- Support brand strategy and drive merchandise planning execution across channels
- Partner with Merchandising to develop seasonal targets and assortment strategies
- Conduct ongoing quantitative analysis to identify risks and opportunities
- Gather and synthesize feedback from cross-functional stakeholders
- Develop bottom-up sales and demand plans aligned with business objectives
- Reconcile bottom-up merchandise plans with top-down financial targets
- Drive demand planning for carryover and seasonal products
- Lead investment reviews and recommend actions to optimize performance
- Build and maintain monthly demand forecasts and sales projections
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning, preferably in fashion/apparel retail
- Strong understanding of retail planning, assortment strategy, and demand forecasting
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Proficiency in English; SAP experience preferred
