Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Strategy & Program Development Design and implement ZEEKR Korea’s training roadmap with a strong focus on Sales, Brand and Productive Training. Localize global training guidelines and create market-specific content. Develop training materials, presentations, and manuals aligned with brand standards. 
2. Sales & Brand Training Delivery Deliver sales capability programs for dealer consultants and internal teams (consultative selling, premium experience). Execute brand immersion sessions to strengthen dealer understanding of ZEEKR’s identity and values. Plan and deliver product training for new model launches and updates. 
3. Training Operations & Logistics Manage scheduling, venue arrangements, and preparation of training materials. Coordinate corporate events, workshops, and seminars to support business objectives. Maintain accurate training records and certification tracking for dealer networks. 
4. Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead training-related projects during market entry and business set-up phases. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and IT teams to ensure seamless implementation. Act as the main training contact for dealer personnel and external partners. 
5. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Update training content regularly based on new products, technology, and brand direction. Identify gaps and propose solutions to enhance dealer and sales team capabilities.

Qualifications: 

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field. 
2. + 5years of experience in sales training, brand training, or training operations within the automotive industry. 
3. Strong organizational and project management skills. 
4. Excellent command of English (written & spoken); Korean fluency required. 
5. Chinese language skills preferred. 
6. Experience with international training programs or overseas work/study experience preferred. 
7. Ability to adapt to new environments and manage multiple priorities effectively. 
8. Willingness to travel extensively and work abroad when needed.
