What You'll Do

1. Define, prioritize and drive project goals - leading to specifications and sales targets alongside with resources required to ensure full project coverage
2. Craft direction for your HILTI project team (front and back-end) with your strategic thinking and planning skills and drive them towards common targets.
3. Setup and manage the project collaboration platform (shared drives, meeting structure, communications means between Hilti & customer)
4. Active in customer interactions and personally involved in major project targets.
5. Ensure flawless execution of orders by involving logistics and Project Management Office (PMO) at an early stage and forecasting the products; analyze risk and define options for the project team.
6. Drive issue resolution and escalation process within the capture team and with management as and when required.
7. Collaborate with PEM (project execution managers) to ensure professional project execution milestone.
8. Perform and document lessons learnt, upon sales closure (win/loss) of applications. and create references (won applications)

What You’ll Bring

1. Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering Degree is advantageous)
2. Professional at least 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry with technical background.
3. Experience in semiconductor construction projects preferred.
4. Job site experience in team lead role (e.g. supervisor)
5. Project manager with P&L responsibility preferable in the construction or energy & industry
6. Full proficiency in English.
7. Understanding and capable of driving end to end acquisition and execution of a project (e.g. Budgeting, resourcing, reporting, monitoring, fulfillment)
8. Ability to engage, connect and maintain relationships with multi-level project stakeholders in the account(s).
9. Effective planning, identifying needs & opportunities.
10. Selling the full value proposition (hardware, software, services)
11. Negotiation skills
