1. Boutique Operations Management
- Ensure boutique operations managed according to brand standard.
- Manage store team’s roles and responsibilities.
- Retain people by motivating team to gain job satisfaction.
- Regularly visit boutique and provide feedback for boutique staff.
- Recruit and allocate boutique staff in collaboration with the HR.
- Manage HR issues for boutique staff and report to HQ on a monthly basis.
- Conduct performance appraisals for boutique staff annually or bi-annually.

2. Management and performance review
- Sales Management(Administer sales and manage overall turnover ; Manage boutiques to achieve the sales target and KPI).
- Update monthly incentive and report to HQ.
- Optimize boutique productivity and profitability.
- Analyze and evaluate sales results, collect and provide qualitative feedbacks.
- Closely monitor and analyze competitors’ sales performance and promotional activities.
- Cooperate with HQ to train team’s ability and capability for clienteling
- Market intelligence observation.
- Collaboration with the retailers.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience, business and technical skills.
- In depth knowledge of product and industry.
- Excellent understanding of the selling process and of customer behavior.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- At least 10 years’ experience in sales.
- Strong analytical skill.
- Intermediate to upper level English proficiency.
