The Finance & Accounting Position is responsible for supporting accurate and timely financial accounting, reporting, and closing activities for the Korea business. This position ensures proper recording of transactions, compliance with local statutory requirements and Group accounting policies, and effective support for daily finance operations. 

The role will work closely with internal departments, external vendors, auditors, tax advisors, and HQ finance teams to maintain reliable financial data, support month-end and year-end closing, manage accounts payable and receivable processes, and contribute to internal control and process improvement initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

1. Perform cash disbursement and prepare daily cash balance/cash flow reports and handle the monthly treasury close process
2. Perform day to day accounting and bookkeeping activities for Korea operations
3. Review employee’s expense claim’s receipt in accordance with company policies and controls
4. Process Accounts Payable invoices for Korea operations including vendor invoices and employee expense claims
5. Conduct the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing process in SAP
6. Reconcile daily sales and AR collection
7. Participate in ad-hoc F&A projects, where required

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
2. SAP experience preferred
3. Experience working in Retail Industry is preferred
