To support and follow up all brands (Tod's/ Roger Vivier/ Hogan) E-commerce channels and to plan, align, and execute

Main Responsibilities
Ecommerce management

• Managing day-to-day operation on official.com & marketplace for all brands. 
• Consolidate regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) e-Com sales report
• Supporting official.com & marketplace onsite merchandising for all brands
• Work with internal teams to align product lists and launch on each marketplace channels
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and recommend action to ensure we build and maintain a leadership position in eCommerce/ Digital
• Support and follow up global and local e-business projects

Online customer service & Operation support

• Review online orders by daily basis and support related tasks from customers
• Be the first contact for assisting customer for any requests related to online orders.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and email inquiries related to order cancellations, returns, and other associated requests.

Education

1. Relevant degree  holder 

 
Languages

1. Fluent Korean in speaking and writing / proper English skills for business communication in speaking and writing.

 
Professional experience & know how

1. Prefer 1-2years of relevant experience in eCommerce/Digital

 
Technical & management skills

• Computer proficiency at MS Word/Powerpoint/Excel and SAP is a plus
• Strong attention to details

 
Personal & interpersonal skills

• Interest in Luxury industry and Fashion
• Positive attitude, team player, open-minded, flexible
