MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Installation and calibration of Tactile CMM (Bridge CMM, Horizontal Arm CMM, Gantry CMM, etc.)
(1) CMM Installation
- Hardware configuration and assembly.
         - Controller connection and machine operating test.
(2) CMM Calibration
         - Laser calibration of sheet-metal machine and large bridge CMM.
         - Generating or modifying compensation map
2. Service support at customers' site
     - Troubleshooting (Hardware & electronic controller)
     - Handling main controllers i.e. FB-II ,B3-CLC ,FB-PC, UMP-360, etc.
     - Application of Hyper Terminal Services.
3. Maintenance Service
Customer support with:
     - Annual contract support
     - Remote analysis and diagnosis on the phone.
     - Provide quotations for service.
4. Training customer for machine operation
     - Training how to maintain environment after CMM installation.
     - Maintenance training for the machine.
     - Training how to check and care the machine for emergency situation.
5. Cooperation with local sales team , customer order service team and factories
6. Reporting

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electric or electronics engineering(대졸 신입 or 관련분야 5 ~ 10년 경력자 환영)
• Preference given to candidates with experience in 3D stationary metrology equipment services
• Fast leaner and good mind set to go extra miles
• Good personality to support colleagues and collaborate with customers
• Proficient using MS Office
• Intermediate level of written and spoken skills in English is Plus
