Prepare a high level of understanding of owned store operation systems and possess management skills.
Prepare planning for the new opening renewal of owned stores.
Development and Enhancement of owned store operation tools
(Provision of effective and systematic customer service guidelines)
Prepare owned stores special event plan & report including event lay-out, sales forecast, and promotional activities
Support the owned stores to make a success of the sales promotion activities
Analyze KPI and share regularly the information with staff in stores through the leading the ‘Morning Briefing’. (‘Morning Briefing’covering : Analysis → Sharing → Guidance → Action → Review)
Communicate with store and retail teams about action plan to increase the KPI
Create training tools (selling tips, best practices, etc.) and expand them to retail stores.
Prepare a annual report on training plans, performance, and supplementation by store for review with team manager.
Carry out regular visit on franchise and own stores to educate selling skill and advantages of our products and to ensure of store display quality according to visual merchandising concept, store environment. 
Build and maintain close working relationship with related business partners.

Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
At least 8 years experiences of retail store KPI & selling skill training experience preferred and overall management of owned stores
The training of store staff while supporting and striving to achieve owned store goals. 
Be results orientated and make constant progress towards and achieve sales goals.
Understand the competitive market, customers and retail trends.
Ability of strategic thinking and problem solving.
Good at influencing, presentation, communication, negotiation and teamwork.
Proficient in English language is plus. (both verbal and written)
