[랄프로렌코리아] Training Manager

Job Purpose
The Training Manager is responsible for driving retail capability, client experience, and commercial performance across Ralph Lauren Korea. This role brings Ralph Lauren’s strategic priorities to life by delivering impactful field coaching, strengthening store leadership capabilities, and ensuring consistent execution across the store network.
The Training Manager plays a critical role in elevating selling behaviors, embedding service excellence, enhancing product storytelling, and building the capabilities needed to support sustainable business growth and an elevated brand experience.
 
Key Responsibilities 
Retail Capability & Field Coaching

  1. Drive a client-centric culture by embedding elevated selling behaviors and service excellence across all stores.
  2. Deliver on-the-floor coaching to improve client engagement, selling effectiveness, and overall team performance.
  3. Partner with store leaders to identify capability gaps, strengthen coaching effectiveness, and improve store performance.
  4. Build store leadership capability by reinforcing coaching routines, performance management, and team development.

Client Experience & Service Excellence

  1. Use client feedback, Mystery Shopping results, and NPS insights to identify opportunities and elevate the Ralph Lauren client experience.
  2. Ensure consistent execution of service standards and selling behaviors across the store network.
  3. Support stores in developing stronger clienteling habits and meaningful customer engagement.

Product Training & Brand Storytelling

  1. Reinforce product knowledge and storytelling so that teams can confidently represent the quality, craftsmanship, heritage, and lifestyle of the Ralph Lauren brand.
  2. Support product launches and key business moments by preparing store teams to deliver impactful and consistent product presentations.
  3. Ensure training content reflects both global brand standards and local business needs.

Training Design & Localization

  1. Localize and deliver global training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness for the Korea market.
  2. Develop and execute training plans aligned with seasonal priorities, business initiatives, and store capability needs.
  3. Drive learning engagement through e-learning management, training communications, and consistent follow-up.

Commercial Performance & Insights

  1. Align training priorities with key retail KPIs, including conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction, and client development.
  2. Use store performance data and field observations to identify focus areas and measure training effectiveness.
  3. Provide field insights, best practices, and performance feedback to continuously enhance training impact and store execution.

Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•    7+ years of experience in retail training, field coaching, store operations, or related functions, preferably within fashion, luxury, or premium retail.
•    Strong understanding of retail operations, client experience, and selling behaviors.
•    Proven ability to deliver effective training and coaching programs in a fast-paced retail environment.
•    Experience working cross-functionally with retail leadership, store teams, and regional/global partners.
•    Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
•    Ability to analyze retail performance data and translate insights into practical capability-building actions.
•    Fluent in Korean and strong business proficiency in English.
