Urologic disorders affect millions of men worldwide, and many of these conditions are chronic and can affect patients’ quality of life. Boston Scientific Urology is introducing our solutions as a total solution provider with various portfolios such as Endoscopic surgery, Male incontinence, Erectile disorder, BPH treatment, Prostate cancer, and Laser capital equipment. [Purpose Statement]
Sell and promote company products within a defined geographic territory by developing new accounts and expanding usage of company products by current accounts to meet a sales quota based on company sales goals and to directly increase sales revenue. Responsible for driving the adoption Stone management, Laser capital equipment & Pelvic Health Business in collaboration with the Urology team. Design and manage a better customer experience through customized products and differentiated services in Chungcheong/Jeolla. Lead collaboration with designated distributors for each product line to increase sales, and competently preside over sales meetings and strategies.
 
[Key Responsibilities]

  • Sell products by scheduling sales calls to meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives assigned by the company on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
  • Develop and implement sales strategies by determining the relevant factors (e.g., product, competition, and pricing needs) of existing and potential accounts to effectively promote the products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians
  • Proactively cultivate a customer base, continuously prospect for new customers, act on leads and persuasively introduce and position our products and services
  • Drive sales revenue to achieve territory priorities
  • Implement therapy development strategy and activities with enhanced working, clinical knowledge, and selling skills
  • Observe actual procedures in the operating room of hospital accounts to gain insight into the specific nuances of each physician and each member of the lab staff
  • Provide ongoing clinical education and serve as a primary resource for clinical support in the areas of surgical coverage, basic troubleshooting, and programming in order to implement the therapy and solutions while changing the lives of the patients
  • Develop and implement customer education programs and activities, and attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions as required to represent Boston Scientific and promote products and services
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g., clinical research, pricing, and marketing) to develop optimal solutions

Requirements

  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • In person presentation & Market analysis skills
  • Good MS Office Skills (Excel, Powerpoint)

 
[Preferred Qualifications]

  • Passion for learning and dedication to improving patients’ lives
  • 1-7 years of Experience in urology, surgical devices, capital equipment, other relevant medical areas
  • Business management experience: direct sales & indirect sales or partnership-based selling models
