■ Position

E-commerce Operations Specialist

• Level: Specialist
• Team / Reporting Line: IT Team / Reports to Head of IT, Product Owner
• Location: Seoul, South Korea
• Employment Type: 1-year contract, Maternity Leave Cover

■ What You'll Do

• E-commerce Platform Operations: Manage and optimize catalogs and metadata; configure and schedule promotional assets, content slots, and digital assets
• Content Publishing & Build Support: Build brand-specific and event landing pages; perform image optimization and routine content audits to ensure site integrity.
• Service QA & Quality Control: Conduct responsive UI testing across various browsers and mobile devices; perform bug reporting and technical issue tracking to maintain service quality.
• CRM Campaign Management: Customize mailing templates for KR/JP markets; modify HTML/CSS layouts and ensure rendering optimization across multiple email clients.

■ Qualifications (Must Have)

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Web Operations, Web Producing, or Content Publishing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SFCC BM (Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager) or similar global/domestic e-commerce solutions; advanced skills in HTML/CSS for front-end publishing.
• Competencies: Strong troubleshooting skills based on a deep understanding of front-end/back-end logic and data structures.
• Soft Skills: Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (MD, Marketing, IT) and manage project timelines through effective communication.

■ Preferred Qualification (Plus factors)

• Collaboration Tools: Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for task management, bug tracking, and documentation.
• Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in English (capable of business communication and technical documentation).
