[담당업무]

• Support the development and execution of product marketing strategies across the assigned portfolio
• Assist with product launches, promotional campaigns, educational initiatives, and localized marketing activities for the Korean market
• Monitor product performance, collect market and customer feedback, and recommend improvements or new initiatives
• Conduct hospital visits with the sales team to understand customer needs and market dynamics
• Develop and update marketing materials, presentations, and promotional assets
• Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion initiatives
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to translate business opportunities into KPI-driven execution plans
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, forecasting data, and commercial performance to support strategic decision-making
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and support market penetration activities
• Develop dashboards, reports, performance trackers, and forecasting inputs for regular business reviews
• Support distributor management, contract-related coordination, compliance processes, and operational follow-up
• Assist in the planning and execution of medical conferences, symposiums, training programs, and customer engagement events
• Support cross-functional projects, internal reporting, audit responses, and broader commercial initiatives

[지원자격]

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, with total career experience within 5 years
• Business-level English proficiency, including speaking and listening
• Ability to collaborate with and report to regional and global teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, forecasting data, and competitive intelligence
• Basic understanding of core marketing principles, including pricing, branding, messaging, and market access concepts
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a fast-changing environment
• High level of accountability and a strong results-oriented mindset
