The Junior Accountant supports accurate and timely financial operations across the organization, including month-end closing, general ledger activities, tax support, documentation, and financial data processing. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and global environment.
 
Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries of Account payable( Purchase request / PO process) in ERP systems and support month/quarter/year-end closing.
• Perform balance sheet and general ledger account reconciliations
• Financial closing support for Inventory/ AR reserve 
• Review and check the expense claim report
• Assist with VAT preparation and corporate income tax documentation.
• Support the accounting support for subsidiary entity with HK SSC. 
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Follow internal control policies and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external accounting/tax partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2~5 years of accounting or finance experience .
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP is a plus.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation.
• Business-level English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Proactive, organized, and strong communication skills.

 
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multinational environments.
• Familiarity with SAP FI/CO / Inventory modules.
• Experience in Pharma , Healthcare , manufacturing, or consumer goods industries.
