□ Core HR Ops: Manage employee lifecycle (Onboarding/Offboarding), attendance, and personnel data.
□ System & Policy: Support HR policy updates and organizational restructuring.
□ Process Innovation: Actively identify manual inefficiencies and propose "New Initiatives" to modernize the HR workflow.
□ TA Support: Assist in fast-paced recruitment operations and improve candidate experience.

Qualifications
□ 3 years to 5 years of HR experience.
□ Agile Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup with a strong sense of urgency.
□ Execution Power: Proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait for a manual to act.
□ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
□ Embracing Uncertainty: Strong willingness to operate in ambiguous situations and move beyond a fixed work frame.
□ Initiative Taker: Not reluctant to change; possesses the grit to drive new ideas independently.
□ Proficient in English communication skills.
□ Tech-savvy with a passion for automating manual HR tasks.

Employment Type
□ Full-time (3-month probationary period with 100% compensation)
