🗨️ About the position

1. The Senior Program Manager within Lunit’s PMO translates company strategy and product objectives into clear program objectives and execution plans. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role leads end-to-end programs across the entire product lifecycle, from product development and validation through regulatory readiness, launch, and phase-out.

1. The Senior Program Manager identifies and manages program-level dependencies and risks, aligns priorities and trade-offs, and enables effective decision-making and collaboration to achieve the program’s strategic objectives and intended outcomes.

🚩 Roles & Responsibilities

1. Translate company strategy and product objectives into clear program objectives, key milestones, and integrated execution plans
2. Lead end-to-end programs across product development, validation, regulatory readiness, launch, and phase-out in collaboration with Product Management, AI Research, Engineering, Data, Clinical, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams
3. Integrate and manage multiple projects and workstreams as a cohesive program, including cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, and key timelines
4. Coordinate program execution by considering scope, timelines, resources, quality, and regulatory requirements holistically
5. Align priorities and trade-offs across projects and functions and facilitate timely decision-making
6. Structure complex issues and build stakeholder alignment to support effective program execution
7. Establish and operate program governance, providing senior leadership and key stakeholders with clear visibility into program status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions
8. Continuously improve program management processes and governance and contribute to strengthening organizational execution capabilities

🎯 Qualifications

1. 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including experience leading complex, cross-functional programs
2. Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end program management across the development and commercialization of regulated products
3. Proven experience integrating multiple interdependent projects and workstreams to achieve program-level objectives and intended outcomes
4. Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and the ability to manage scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, and stakeholders at the program level
5. Experience leading programs in environments where regulatory, quality, technical, and business requirements must be considered together
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse functional teams and senior stakeholders, with the ability to support effective decision-making
7. Professional proficiency in English

🏅 Preferred Experiences

1. Experience leading programs across medical device product development, regulatory approval, and commercialization
2. Experience with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), AI/ML-enabled medical devices, or Digital Health products
3. Understanding of the medical device Product Development Lifecycle, Design Controls, Verification & Validation, Quality Management Systems, and Regulatory Processes
4. Experience with global cross-functional programs or PMO/portfolio management
