• 한국 사업부 전반의 재무 실적을 Consolidation하고, Monthly/Quarterly Reporting 및 경영진 대상 재무 분석·보고 수행
• Country-level AOP·STRAP·Forecast 수립 및 중장기 재무 계획·시나리오 분석 지원
• Revenue, Profitability, OPEX 및 주요 KPI 분석을 통한 사업 성과 관리 및 재무 인사이트 제공

• Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration 등 관련 전공 학사 학위 소지자 우대
• 재무 분석, Reporting, Accounting 등을 포함한 Finance 경력 7년 이상 보유자
• FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting 및 Financial Consolidation 관련 실무 경험 보유자
• 다국적 기업(MNC) 근무 경험 및 해외 조직과의 영어 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 분
• Excel·PowerPoint 활용이 능숙하며, Power BI·Cognos 등 BI Tool 경험 보유자 우대
• 높은 분석력과 정확성을 바탕으로 다양한 이해관계자와 협업하며 독립적인 업무 수행이 가능한 분

Financial Analyst – Corporate Financial Planning & Consolidation will provide consolidated and forward-looking financial insights to Korea leadership and partner closely with divisional FP&A and functional teams to support business performance, planning, and resource allocation.

The position will also play a key role in AOP, STRAP, MBR/QBR, OPEX management, and country-level investment analysis, while driving continuous improvement in FP&A processes, reporting, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Korea MBR/QBR preparation and country performance consolidation, integrating revenue, bookings, profitability, and key business insights across divisions for leadership review.

2. Perform country P&L, gross margin, and OPEX analysis, identifying key performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and variances versus plan and forecast.

3. Coordinate and analyze backlog, CapEx, headcount, and other key financial and operational metrics to provide a comprehensive view of country performance.

4. Lead monthly Shared Service and functional OPEX forecasting, providing variance analysis and clear explanations of key gaps and trends.

5. Coordinate the Korea AOP process, consolidating divisional revenue and bookings plans and performing country-level simulations and scenario analysis.

6. Support Korea STRAP and long-term planning, including financial outlook, investment requirements, OPEX, and resource allocation.

7. Serve as a Finance Business Partner to functional teams, leading monthly forecasts and providing financial and ROI analysis for strategic initiatives and investment decisions.

8. Partner with divisional FP&A, Accounting, and other stakeholders to ensure forecast accuracy, reporting quality, and timely financial deliverables.

9. Develop and enhance reporting, BI dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled analytical tools to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision support.

10. Drive process simplification, standardization, and documentation to improve scalability and strengthen FP&A operating processes.

11. Support ad-hoc financial analysis and strategic projects for Korea leadership and regional stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, and Business Administration

2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting leadership
   Experience in working multi-national companies (MNCs)

3. Advanced knowledge of Excel & Power Point, preferred skills with Power BI and Cognos preferred

4. Good communication and interpersonal skill with team and other stakeholders

5. Good written and verbal communication skills in English

6. Strong attention to detail with commitment to providing quality results
