We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and proactive Aesthetic Clinical Manager to lead our clinical team in Korea. In this role, you will not only oversee clinical support and education, but also actively drive business growth by collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams. As a strategic team leader, you will act as a bridge between clinical excellence and commercial success, empowering your team, building strong customer relationships, and co-creating business opportunities in the fast-evolving aesthetic market.

Team Leadership & Strategic Business Partnership

• Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and empower the clinical team to deliver high-quality clinical support and education across the assigned territory.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Management team to align clinical strategies with commercial goals and actively drive business expansion.
• Business Creation: Identify clinical insights and market opportunities to co-create value-added strategies with commercial teams that boost product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Clinical Support & Training Excellence

• Training Program Development: Develop comprehensive training materials and organize clinical education programs (covering product knowledge and clinical applications) for internal staff and external key accounts/KOLs.
• Protocol & Efficacy Optimization: Collaborate with sales teams and healthcare professionals to set up and optimize clinical protocols that maximize treatment efficacy and safety.
• New Product Launches & Events: Support marketing and sales initiatives for new product launches, workshops, hands-on demonstrations, and participation in major medical congresses/conferences.

Clinical & Scientific Expertise

• HQ Alignment: Regularly collaborate with the Global HQ Clinical team to integrate and localize new clinical protocols and technologies.
• Scientific Insights: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical and scientific research papers to address complex customer inquiries, objection-handling, and clinical feedback professionally.
• Leadership & Mindset: Strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, team-building skills, and a collaborative, business-oriented mindset.
• Self-Motivation & Learning: Highly self-motivated with a strong passion for continuous learning and professional development.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of clinical and education experience in the aesthetic or medical device industry, with demonstrated leadership or team management experience.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Korean.
• Flexibility & Travel:
  • Willingness to travel regionally across the designated territory as required by business needs.
  • Flexibility to attend conferences, industry events, or provide customer in-service support outside standard business hours when necessary.
