Customs Clearance 

1. Coordinate with customs brokers for timely import clearance, managing FTA and Country of Origin documents.

Inventory Management

1. Maintain stock accuracy through weekly/monthly reconciliations and track the movement of consignment inventory.

Cross-functional Support

1. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Planners to minimize slow-moving stock and secure warehouse capacity.

3PL & Vendor Management

1. Monitor the performance (KPIs) of 3PL warehouse and transportation partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Expense Billing & Closing

1. Handle monthly cost closing and verify invoices for 3PL logistics, customs brokerage, and other vendors.

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) from university
• Entry-level to 3 years of experience in CS, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• Good command of English
• Working knowledge of medical device or pharmaceuticals importation, customs, regulatory and freight forwarders will be a plus
• Excellent computer skills with experience on MS Office, SAP is a plus
