Key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:
• Coordinate business meetings and marketing events such as local conferences and international conferences (KMDIA registration)
• Consolidate BU’s data and market data
• Communicate with Marcomn to develop new materials
• Support for making and distributing marketing materials (product catalog order process assistance)
• Support sales and marketing team for documentation work, especially HCP-related documentation
• Hospital Master Data Management
• Marketing budget management (OPEX)
• Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to help inform commercial strategies
• Collaborating

• International medical or pharma industry experience preferred (2 years or More)
• Fluency in English for verbal & written communication and for creating reports.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suites such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Communication & Interpersonal skills, Team player, Customer Focus
• Reliable, Strong ownership & responsibility, Proactive & positive attitudes
• Experience in collaboration and communication with external organizations such as KMDIA, HIRA, and medical societies.
• Preferred experience in using ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or equivalent enterprise tools)
