Key Responsibilities:
- Provide CMM-based product demonstrations and technical support to solve customer challenges.
- Analyze customer requirements to propose optimized metrology solutions.
- Create and optimize CMM programs to ensure measurement efficiency and accuracy.
- Execute technical support and projects for customers located in the Daegu area.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with Sales/Service teams to prioritize opportunities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, or related field
- Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience in CMM application, metrology, or dimensional inspection
- Mandatory proficiency and hands-on experience in ZEISS CALYPSO software.
- Proven experience leading customer-facing application activities independently
- Strong ability to handle customer inquiries and provide technical communication.
- Experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
- Experience in new solution demonstrations and technical pre-sales activities are highly preferred.
