MISSION

The IT Business Analyst serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, global IT teams, and external vendors. This role is responsible for supporting IT projects, business applications, procurement and contract management, vendor governance, data analytics, asset management, and compliance initiatives to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Analysis & Project Management

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Coordinate and support local and global IT projects.
• Manage project timelines, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Application & Service Management

• Support business applications including Retail, CRM, and HR systems, etc.
• Manage user requests, incidents, and enhancement activities.
• Coordinate with HQ teams and vendors to resolve system issues.

Procurement & Contract Management

• Support IT procurement activities, including quotations, purchase requests, and approvals.
• Manage vendor contracts, maintenance agreements, and renewals.
• Maintain contract documentation and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Assist with budget planning and cost management activities.

Vendor Management

• Coordinate vendor onboarding and governance processes.
• Monitor vendor performance and service delivery.
• Manage communications and issue escalations with suppliers and partners.
• Support vendor evaluation and selection activities. 

Security & Compliance

• Coordinate Security & Privacy Assessments (SPA) for new solutions and vendors.
• Support cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with HQ Security and Data Protection teams. 

Data Analytics & Asset Management

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Analyze operational data and prepare management reports.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle activities, including inventory, allocation, reclassification, and disposal.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis, IT Project Management, IT Operations, or related roles.
• Experience in Retail, Luxury Retail, CRM, ERP or Corporate IT environments is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Experience managing IT projects and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of IT procurement, contract administration, and vendor management.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Understanding of IT Governance, Security, Privacy, and Compliance processes.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL) principles is a plus.
