JOB PURPOSE

Manage PRADA Man's Shoes merchandising in Korea, from buying preparation to sales and stock management, under the direction of the Man's RTW & Shoes Manager. Support the Manager in Man's RTW merchandising, including MTM.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Man's Shoes (Main Focus)

• Develop seasonal buying proposals within the budget and guidelines set by the Manager.
• Manage order entry and follow up with HQ on orders and deliveries
• Track sales, sell-thru and stock, and share insights and action plans
• Manage replenishment, reorders and stock transfers between stores
• Visit stores and the market regularly to collect feedback and check competitors
• Provide product training to store staff
• Support new store openings

Man's RTW & MTM (Support)

• Prepare RTW buying materials for the Manager, including past sales analysis
• Follow up with HQ on RTW deliveries and inter-country stock transfers
• Cover RTW replenishment and stock transfers in the Manager’s absence
• Support MTM orders and follow-up with stores and HQ
• Prepare reports and materials for internal and HQ meeting

Visual Merchandising

• Work with the VM team to keep shop displays in line with brand guidelines

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Must Have

• At least 6 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in merchandising within the fashion industry
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills

Preferred

• Merchandising experience in Shoes or RTW
• Luxury brand experience
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Korean
• SAP experience
• Strong product sense
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
