Objective of this Position
This role is responsible for driving retail KPI performance through targeted training execution and field coaching, ensuring consistent, best-in-class delivery of the Montblanc Retail Signature across all boutiques nationwide. The role also serves as a key presenter for VIC events, reinforcing brand narrative and client experience standards for Montblanc's most valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

Training Execution & Selling Skills Development

• Design and deliver training programs focused on selling skills, clienteling, and KPI-driven sales behaviors.
• Translate brand and product knowledge into actionable selling techniques for boutique staff.
• Track training impact against retail KPIs (conversion, UPT, ABV, AUP) and adjust content accordingly.

Field Coaching & Retail Signature Execution

• Conduct regular boutique visits to coach staff on Retail Signature standards and selling ceremony execution.
• Identify performance gaps at boutique level through retail KPIs, Mystery Shopping results, and field observations, and deliver targeted coaching interventions.
• Develop and follow up on boutique-level coaching action plans to ensure sustained improvement.
• Partner with Boutique Managers to embed consistent service and selling behaviors nationwide

VIC Event Presentation

• Act as lead presenter for VIC events, delivering product storytelling and brand narrative to high-value clients.
• Prepare presentation content and materials in alignment with Maison guidelines.
• Support event-based training moments that elevate staff confidence in VIC engagement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Retail, CRM, Merchandising, Marketing, and other relevant teams to align training and coaching initiatives with business priorities, product launches, and client events.
• Share field insights and performance feedback with key stakeholders to support continuous improvement in retail execution and client experience.

Qualifications

1. Min. 8+ years of work experience in luxury retail training, field coaching, or related retail management role.
2. Strong presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable presenting to VIC/high-net-worth clientele.
3. Demonstrated ability to translate KPI targets into training and coaching action plans.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Preferred to have knowledge and training experience for Leather Goods or Timepieces.
