Position Title:	Assistant Manager (Merchandising & Supply Chain Coordinator), Coach, Korea Duty Free Maternity Leave Replacement (Fixed-term Contract: 1 year 6 months)

Location:	Seoul, Korea

Key Responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end product flow, including inventory management, shipment coordination, allocation, stock transfers, and product performance analysis.

Manage inventory operations, product management, and supply chain activities across the Korea Duty Free channel to maintain healthy inventory levels and product availability.
Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Manage seasonal buying follow-up, ATS orders, and ongoing inventory operations.
Support allocation, replenishment, and in-store transfer activities to ensure efficient product distribution and balanced inventory levels.
Analyze weekly and monthly inventory status, sell-through performance, and Weeks on Hand (WOH) to maintain inventory health and productivity.
Monitor slow-moving inventory and support clearance activities to improve inventory productivity and turnover.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and retail pricing to support product and inventory decisions.
Prepare Damage & QA Reports and manage product quality-related issues.
Prepare Monthly Inventory Reports, Product Reviews, Sell-through Reports, and other business reports to support decision-making.
Prepare Product Training and Market Meeting materials and support product-related communications.

Requirements

Education/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
+ 4 years work experience preferred in travel retail
Strong in both verbal and written communication in English and Korean
Knowledge of retail math
Multitasker
Positive mindset with can-do attitude
Ability to work under pressure
