The Retail Specialist supports the Retail Manager by analyzing business performance and driving operational excellence across the store network. This role identifies opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and overall business performance while maintaining close partnerships with store teams through regular communication. By gathering feedback and business insights, the Retail Specialist helps drive continuous improvement and ensure operational consistency. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Communications, the Retail Specialist ensures stores receive timely and accurate information to effectively implement company policies, procedures, and business initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Sales Performance Analysis

1. Monitor, analyze, and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance by store, while tracking key retail KPIs across the store network.
2. Prepare weekly performance updates and business comments in collaboration with the Retail Manager.
3. Support sales forecasting and commercial target setting for stores and seasonal business plans in partnership with the Retail Manager.
4. Prepare and maintain retail performance reports, providing comprehensive insights into individual store and team performance.
5. Analyze retail network performance by evaluating sales trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and key business indicators to identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvement.
6. Calculate and track commission payouts for store teams, and consolidate the results of various incentive and sales campaigns.

Event and Retail Project Support 

• Coordinate and support new product collection launches and major retail events, including pop-ups and trunk shows, in collaboration with store teams and relevant departments.
• Support Retail Managers in project management activities for new store openings, relocations, and renovations.
• Coordinate planning and follow-up activities with the Marketing team for monthly and annual retail animations.
• Prepare materials and data for Store Manager meetings.

Others

1. Manage store team schedules and maintain organizational charts.
2. Support communication with landlords and Retail Managers, including preparation of official letters and related documentation.

1. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry.
2. Strong alignment with brand identity and exceptional attention to detail.
3. Ability to ensure timely and accurate communication across departments.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and organizational skills.
5. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
6. Proactive mindset with strong teamwork, attention to detail, service orientation, and self-motivation.
7. Fluent in English and Korean.
