To support the VM Manager in implementing visual merchandising strategies across DOS and Duty Free channels, ensuring brand consistency in line with HQ guidelines and enhancing the overall in-store customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
VM Communication & Coordination

• Support the VM Manager in coordinating visual merchandising activities across boutiques. 
• Communicate with HQ in Italy and regional teams regarding VM updates and guidelines. 
• Maintain regular communication with VM ambassadors in each store to ensure VM standards are properly implemented. 
• Share VM guidelines from HQ (including window displays, campaigns and product launches) with stores and follow up on execution. 
• Collect and review VM photo reports from stores to monitor VM execution and store display conditions. 
• Coordinate VM preparation with stores for store openings, pop-up and pop-in activations.

 
Store Visits & Follow-up

• Plan and coordinate store visit schedules. 
• Conduct regular boutique visits to support VM implementation in line with HQ guidelines. 
• Follow up with stores to ensure VM updates and display changes are properly implemented. 
• Report store display conditions and VM observations to the VM Manager and HQ. 

 
VM Guidelines & Training Support

• Support the preparation and distribution of VM display and dress-up guidelines for in-store events and promotional activities. 
• Assist in preparing VM training materials and support VM training sessions when required. 

 
VM Tools Management

• Manage VM tools orders and follow up on deliveries. 
• Maintain and update the VM tools inventory list. 
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate the distribution of VM tools to stores. 

 
Sales Promotion Activities

• Support VM preparation for sales promotion activities, store openings or relocation projects. 
• Assist in preparing display layouts and VM tool arrangements when required. 

 
Window Display

• Share window display guidelines from HQ with stores and monitor proper implementation. 

 
Duty Free

• Coordinate VM communication with Duty Free stores and ensure VM guidelines are properly followed.

Qualifications
Education  

• University degree

Languages

• Fluent in English

Professional experience & know how

• Min 2 years of experience working with high end/luxury/premium brands
• Qualitative visual merchandising skill
• Understanding fashion basic knowledge in luxury market
