PURPOSE
 This role is to lead product strategy of brands under management and to deliver commercial results by achieving targets of each brand via excellent communication and negotiation skills with brand partners and retail. Build an efficient OTB by monitoring inventory and propose balance between commercial and image pieces, share product strategy with corporate functions to inspire them and get sufficient support in order for the business to succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Product Merchandising Strategy (50%)

1. Support Brand Director in developing and executing local merchandising strategies aligned with brand direction/strategy to achieve short term commercial goals and to build a long term strategy for each brand to build a sustainable business model together with the Brand Director
2. Analyze local market and competitor trends, providing actionable insights and feedback to team and to brand partners
3. Provide SKU-level sales forecasts for new products based on historical data, trend analysis, and market insights

 
Cross-functional Collaboration (30%)

1. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement initiatives that drive company goals
2. Collaborate with brand merchandising and operations partners to implement strategic and effective product assortments by store for retail

 
Contribution to create a unique client experience (20%)

1. Ensure merchandising plans enhance the client experience and optimize sales performance
2. Build a product portfolio to balance between commercial pieces and image pieces

QUALIFICATIONS

Education 

1. Bachelor’s degree 

Work Experience 

1. Retail and merchandising experience: solid understanding of luxury brand merchandising and retail operation 
2. At least over 4-5years of relevant working experience is highly preferred

 Knowledge

1. English Language
2. Knowledge of arithmetic, calculus, statistics

 Skills 

1. Strong communication and follow up skills
2. Strong analytical and computer skills
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software (especially Excel)
4. Luxury fashion experience preferred
5. Time management 

 Attitude

1. Strong passion for fashion/luxury
2. Detail oriented and high level of organization and accuracy
