YOUR MISSION:
Assist in driving sales performance and stock efficiency for Chloé Korea. The role supports day-to-day merchandising operations, reporting, seasonal buying processes, and communication with HQ and cross-functional teams.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Sales & Inventory Support
- Monitor daily sales and stock levels across stores
- Support weekly stock rebalancing and replenishment coordination
- Check delivery status and coverage of seasonal/core items
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare weekly store sales summaries for internal meetings
- Assist in monthly merchandising reports to HQ and Korea management
- Seasonal performance track and report
Buying Operations Assistance
- Support retail and wholesale buying activities
- Prepare order sheets and follow up order confirmations via JOOR / Anaplan
- Assist in OTB tracking and post-buy performance review
- VIC order management
Market & Retail Activation
- Help coordinate product setup for events such as Styling Class / VIC Day
- Support outlet pricing inputs and seasonal sales tools preparation
- Provide stores with product information and seasonal training materials
- Coordinate visual execution to highlight newness & key products
Administrative & System Tasks
- Assist in SAP issue handling, article validation, pricing and markdown managing
- Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, accounting team on required follow-ups
- Update seasonal map books and display guidelines
- Provide styling tools and display references to stores
Requirements
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- 2–6 years of experience in merchandising
- Strong Excel and numerical analysis ability
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- English proficiency preferred for HQ communication
- Familiarity with SAP, JOOR or BI systems is a plus but not required
