Are you a good match?

You have professional experience in merchandising or supply chain management.
You are proficient in SAP, MS office, BI skillset and adaptable to running different systems.
You have team oriented, supportive mindset and responsible attitude with ability to multi-task.
You have advanced level of English proficiency. (verbal & written)

What are we expecting from you?

1. Inventory & Merchandising Execution: You will maintain and monitor inventory level and representativeness to meet the product assortment and model stock defined. You will secure right stock level to maximize sales opportunity by collaborating with stakes holders. You will also lead stock operation for the projects, events, ad-hoc tasks by offering accurate information and proactive actions plans.
2. Analysis & Data management: You will analyze sales and stock on regular basis. You will support data to prepare and run regular and irregular meetings and provide quantitative  and qualitative feedbacks to make action plans as business needs.
3. Logistic Operation & Administration: You will monitor allocation and replenishment status and gate keeper for all stock transfer handled under regulation, intercommunicating related stake holder and logistic team. You will play a key user role in SCM and stock operation process set up for any new system and process development and implementation and control product quality to maintain sellable stock condition: defective stock control, product information control. You will also manage stock export and GIA certificate.
4. Compliance: You will execute minding compliance related with product security and importation in liaison with Logistic and finance. You will operate staff purchase and staff consignment.
