GENERAL SUMMARY
The position is responsible to guide store managers in the achievement of sales and profitability targets, ensuring coherent and excellent customers management and development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Management (50%)
- Be a first person who be responsible and manage P&L by store.
- Set up store objectives and KPIs such as sales, discounts, MS, etc., and lead and manage stores for their achievement.
- Lead to manage strategically focus store group to contribute to driving further growth.
- Support to develop action planning of stores and report the compiled plan on a yearly/quarterly/monthly basis to achieve sales target for the period
- Define and develop different incentive programs to boost up sales.
- Manage the VIP clients to ensure each store is offering the best service while keeping the intimacy to our existing customers
- Through discussion with stores, propose and implement the necessary in-store marketing and VM plan, promotion tools to drive the sales for each location to the budget.
2. People Management - Coach and motivate individuals and to create teamwork (25%)
- Responsible for store managers’ performance management and coach/develop store managers and store staff.
- Create a positive/supportive working atmosphere.
- Partnering with store managers, monitor and assess induction program at store level.
- Involve store recruiting process partnering with HR.
- Motivate staff:
+ Facilitate staff success
+ Counsel/encourage in adverse situations.
+ Deliver vision and clear goals.
+ Pay special attention to staff emotions/show understanding
+ Act as a change agent and become a role model who deliver Bulgari and BeingLVMH values
3. Business Development and Project Management (10%)
- Support to build and maintain relationships with business partners, interacting with all the necessary people in their organization, ensuring regular and new clients visit as well as key point of sales.
- Provide network development analysis and store project approval reporting (RECCO process), partnering with central project management team.
- Support commercial director to set up business plan both for short-term and long-term basis.
- Set up timeline & milestone of project and manage the total lead-time & cost for all running projects.
- Communicate with Central ID team and local vendors on issues related to projects in progress. (Layout draft, Purchase Order progress and follow-up, regular alignment through a monthly communication).
- Take actions for maintenance and repairs for existing boutiques with the maintenance CAPEX budget control.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting (10 %)
- Analyze qualitative/quantitative feedback and report on store success and challenges.
- Analyze and periodically report the market sentiment and market intelligence including competitors’ activities and performance updates, etc.
5. Retail Customer Service (5%)
- Classify complaint cases and set up/update the offering option standard in accordance with global Retail/AFSS guideline and local legal standard.
- Find and offer the best option to unsatisfied customers on site by clarifying details and recommending repair options.
- Support sales staff to cultivate knowledge by sharing legal standard & competitors’ practices on each complaint case and by providing on-site training to store staff for complaint handling process
- Monitor proper management of customer complaint at store level and provide the relevant reporting or direct needs from customers to Commercial director to find the prompt solution.
Requirements
• Min.10 to 15 years of work history, experience in retail management or equivalent level of experience in retail, marketing, merchandising, sales, etc.
• Well-developed leadership profile with experience of influencing on a store level and external business partners.
• Language: English and local language(s) - Fluent & Professional efficiency
• Professional industry experience: Jewelry Brand experience or luxury industry
• Good interpersonal skill
• Time management skill
• Positive attitude & self-motivated
