[Key Objective] 
This role will manage all sales and expense-related activities for assigned brand(s) within LVMH Watch and Jewelry Korea.

Major Responsibilities 

1. Account receivables 
2. Perform sales reconciliation and prepare monthly sales report to HQ
3. Reconcile EDI sales and variable rent of department stores and e-comm channel
4. Manage cash collection from customers and reconciliation on the variance against AR balance
5. Keep monitoring customer deposit transactions in SAP and maintain the clean balances
6. Issuance of tax invoices for customers
7. Prepare tax free posting for monthly closing
8. Manage amortization of Landlord contribution
9. Account payables 
10. Review vendor vouchers and accurately post them to SAP for monthly closing in a timely manner
11. Review and process employees’ reimbursement requests, ensuring compliance with company policies
12. Monitoring all tax invoices from vendors and communicating with other teams to promptly record them in SAP
13. Manage reconciliation of non-merchandise intercompany transactions.
14. Statutory reporting and Tax related
15. Monthly BS reconciliation
16. Prepare the monthly withholding tax file for tax filing
17. Support VAT reconciliation
18. Support statutory audits and corporate tax filing4. Other functions 
19. Manage ERP system: user creation, modification, etc.
20. Corporate card management
21. Provide support for inquiries from other teams regarding business operations

Relevant Experience and Training

• Degree holder
• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance and accounting
• Experience in the retail industry will be advantageous
• SAP experience is a must

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage priorities
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with personnel at all levels
• Good command of written and spoken English
