[Scope]
This position will be in charge of the overall logistics function in Korea by overseeing and liaising with HQ to ensure the efficient maintenance and effective movement of stock. 

[Key Accountabilities]
-    Organize all shipments in line with business requirements.
-    Ensure the integrity of import/export documentation (i.e., Bills of Lading & Commercial invoices).
-    Prepare import documentation and custom clearance for all air and sea shipments.
-    Plan and maintain delivery schedules and communicate to all relevant departments.
-    Work closely with other departments, especially Operations, Retail, Merchandising, and Finance.
-    Work closely with forwarders and the warehouse and give delivery instructions for shipping materials
-    Review shipping dates and report in case of any exceptions.
-    In charge of the inventory system (S.T.A.R.T).
-    Input invoice value and allocated landed costs into the inventory system.
-    Maintain inventory master files for both intercompany and 3rd party import.
-    Prepare and manage payments to counterparties (mainly for intercompany, customs brokers, and DHL).

-    Collaborative, hardworking, enthusiastic, and independent attitude
-    Excellent in MS Office applications
