[DHL] Sr. Specialist, Project Delivery
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
- Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and issues proactively and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Facilitate project governance meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and customers.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans and deliverables.
- Support change management activities and ensure smooth adoption of new processes, systems, or operational models.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and support business growth through successful project implementation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 ~ 10 years of experience in Operations (Logistics/Supply Chain Operations preferred)
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Positive mindset with strong leadership and team management skills
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in English communication (both written and spoken)
