Tasks

Job Summary
- Customer service for global account and local sales cargo
- Arranging import clearance & inland trucking for FHD shipment
-Issuing D/N and C/N

Key Accountabilities
Customer service
-Sending booking to over sea office & customer
-Arranging shipments by 1st available vessel schedule
-Sending vessel schedule & updating cargo status to customer regularly
-Solving irregularities or issues

Prepare Import Documentary
-Sending shipping documents & arrival notice to consignee
-Chasing OB/L, HB/L and document concerned from overseas agent.
-Forwarding correct documents & D/N to OP staff creating job file
-Sending a POD form, if cargo delivery request

Requirements

- 대학교 졸업(4년)이상
- About 5 years of experience in forwarding company or NOVCC, with a focus on managing sea freight operations
- Knowledge in SOP of Ocean Import freight
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English email
- Proficient in MS Office
