Role Overview 
This role will support Rocket Growth business as a key finance partner and working under Rocket Growth Finance department. The key mission of the role is leading financial analysis, building forecasting model, bridging variances vs. plan, vs. guidance, YoY, MoM, QoQ in quantification with insights on business movements to drive business growth as well as profitability.

What You Will Do

1. Metric Auditing & Variance Analysis: Own the process of pulling, auditing, and analyzing key internal metrics to explain performance variances within the hyper-growth Rocket Growth business. 
2. Executive Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with the Rocket Growth CFO and dependent cross-functional teams to deep-dive into performance drivers and deliver insights that achieve strategic goals. 
3. Profitability Management: Design, develop, and monitor critical performance metrics to guide business leaders on profitability factors and establish frameworks for continuous tracking. 
4. Risk Mitigation & Trend Analysis: Proactively monitor data trends to identify abnormalities, conduct data-driven root cause analysis, and recommend specific, actionable mitigation plans. 
5. Cost & Inventory Optimization: Drive profit maximization by leading inventory loss management initiatives and developing a deep understanding of delivered cost structures.
   

Basic Qualifications 

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field 
2. A minimum of 10 years+ experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, strategic finance, or related field focused on financial modeling or forecasting 
3. Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense 
4. Ability to self-start with minimal supervision and engage with other stakeholders within the business 
5. Intermediate/expert level with Microsoft Office and communication skills 
6. Fluency in English 

Preferred Qualifications 

1. Finance Qualification (CPA) 
2. Experience with SQL queries, Tableau & organizing large datasets
