Shopee Japan - Seller Acquisition Specialist (비자 지원 가능)
Tasks
- Identify and approach potential sellers through outbound and inbound channels
- Support end-to-end seller onboarding, including platform introduction and basic training
- Assist sellers in understanding Shopee’s logistics models and operational processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve seller onboarding experience
- Monitor onboarding progress and support early-stage seller performance
- アウトバウンド／インバウンドチャネルを通じた潜在セラーの発掘およびアプローチする。
- プラットフォームの紹介や基本的なトレーニングを含む、セラーのオンボーディング全般のサポートする。
- Shopeeの物流モデルおよび運用プロセスの理解・案内サポートする。
- 社内関連チームと連携し、セラーのオンボーディング体験の改善を推進する。
- オンボーディング進捗の管理および初期段階におけるセラーパフォーマンスのサポートする。
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or expected graduation) in any field
- Strong interest in e-commerce, digital platforms, or online marketplaces
- Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
- Business-level English or Japanese communication skills (written & verbal)

- EC、デジタルプラットフォーム、またはオンラインマーケットプレイスへの高い関心
- 円滑なコミュニケーション能力と主体的に行動できる姿勢
