We are seeking a seasoned global ITO expert to design, establish, and lead our end-to-end Global ITO Service Delivery operations.

We are looking for a Global ITO Planning Manager with high understanding and experience of Global Delivery Service and ITO Operations for group overseas business sites.

[Job Title] Global ITO Planning Manager (Expat Position / Relocation Supported)
[Key Responsibilities]
1) ITO Service Planning & Business Strategy
- Establish ITO service business plans and strategies
- Discover and propose new services, drive PoC (Proof of Concept) initiatives
- Establish strategies for Global Delivery Center (GDC) establishment and operations
2) ITO Service Operations & Management
- Manage overall service scope, revenue, resources, and related areas
- Monitor service levels and evaluate/improve quality
- Manage GDC-linked operations and performance for overseas regional system maintenance
3) ITO Service Sales & Customer Management
- Discover and manage new/existing customers and partners
[Requirements And Skills]
- 7+ years of relevant experience in ITO service planning, operations, sales, or management
- Experience in Global Delivery Service planning or operations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers and partners
- Native-level English proficiency
- Able to work on-site at Pangyo Techno Valley, Korea (visa and housing support)
- No restrictions on international business travel
[Big Plus]
- ITSM or Project Management certifications (PMP, ITIL v4, Prince2, or equivalent)
- Prior experience at global IT service firms such as IBM, TCS, Infosys, DXC, Accenture, or Deloitte
- Basic to intermediate Korean language skills

- ✓판교 테크노밸리 상주 근무 가능
- ✓국제 비즈니스 출장 제한 없음
- ★ITSM 또는 프로젝트 관리 자격증 보유
