Tasks

The position is responsible for the end-to-end budget/forecast process to support management decision-making by providing accurate financial analysis and proactive insights.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage budget/forecast process for Parts and Fixed cost
Perform monthly closing including key balance account reconciliations and JV (journal voucher)
Report on the closing package through detailed variance analysis
Monitor fixed cost to manage it within budget and identify risk and opportunities
Maintain and manage reporting templates and master data (account codes and cost centers, etc)
Prepare meeting deck and ad-hoc analysis requested from management and business functions
Support annual external audit procedures for relevant accounts
Communicate with regional office

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or finance
5 years+ of experience in FP&A or accounting (automobile industry is preferred)
Proficient in English/Korean
CPA preferred
Strong analysis skills with accuracy in details
Communication and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of accrual accounting and monthly closing procedures
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Experience of SAP system; Power BI is plus.
Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment
