Shopee Korea - Business Intelligence Associate
Tasks
- Consolidate and review Shopee’s Cross-Border Business performance on a daily basis
- Develop analyses that lead to actionable insights to ensure the profitability and stability of the products
- Collect data from multiple sources including operation, marketing, and sourcing databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making
- Work with several large and complex SQL databases
- Design and build reports and analyses in Excel
- Design and build interactive Business Intelligence tools for easier data visualisation
- Shopee 크로스보더(Cross-Border) 사업의 일간 실적 데이터 취합 및 리뷰
- 상품의 수익성 및 안정성 확보를 위한 인사이트 도출 및 액션 플랜 제안
- Operation, Marketing, Sourcing 등 다양한 데이터베이스에서 데이터를 수집하여 의사결정에 활용 가능한 통합 뷰(view) 구축
- 대용량·복합 구조의 SQL 데이터베이스 활용 업무
- Excel 기반 리포트 및 분석 자료 설계·제작
- 데이터 시각화를 위한 인터랙티브 BI 툴(대시보드) 설계 및 구축
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years working experience in business analyst related roles preferred
- Proficient in SQL and optional for Python
- Strong analytical skill and sensitivity to data
- Creative and innovative approach to solving problems
- Good written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management
- Positive, energetic attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
- Work well with cross-functional teams and able to work in a dynamic work environment
- Experience in constructing business intelligence tools is a plus
- 학사 이상 / 비즈니스 분석(BA) 관련 직무 2년 이상 경력 보유자
- SQL 능숙자 필수, Python 활용 가능자 우대
- 데이터에 대한 높은 민감도와 뛰어난 분석 역량 보유자
- 문제 해결에 있어 창의적이고 혁신적인 접근 방식을 보유하신 분
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 및 유관부서 스테이크홀더 관리 역량 보유자

- 변화가 빠른 환경에서 유관부서와 협업하며 업무를 수행할 수 있는 분
- BI 툴(Tableau, Power BI, Looker 등) 구축 경험 보유자 우대
