[About This Position]
-Responsible for new business growth as well as growth and value creation for existing customers
-Contribute to the critical sales elements including customer strategy, price management, stakeholder relationship management internally and externally
-Willingness to work overseas

[Responsibilities]
-Management cost/price for current business and, for new business opportunity
-Working with customer purchasing team to negotiate pricing and others 
-Develop and nurture relationships with customer organizations across the functions (Purchasing, Engineering, Project, etc.)
-Capability of forecast revenue management, business budget plan by working with internal team
-Work closely with global counterparts to implement global strategy
-Interface with global commercial teams and manufacturing plants to ensure customer’s expectations met

[Qualifications]
-Minimum 5+ years of sales/costing experience with Hyundai and Kia in automotive industry
-Sales & pricing experience for wiring harness products - Preferred
-Bachelor`s degree
-Capability on sales planning, data analysis and financial statement
-Good skill set of MS Office tools

-English capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional global teams and stakeholders 
-Data Analysis & Metrics
-Prefers candidates who has rich work experience at Korea branch office of global company(Matrix Org. - comprehension, experience and knowledge of complex organizational structures) 
-Conflict Resolution / Problem Solving / Great Team work / Timely manner
