Role Summary
Report to Sales and country leader and conduct required BU or other functions(including Sales, Clinic, Marketing, etc.) to understand key business issues and provide business insights and recommendations to maximize business opportunities and foster sustainable growth; Prepare routine SFE reports and data analysis reports. Lead and promote SFE tools & projects to drive salesforce effectiveness according to Company and Department's objective.

Role Expectations
Sales Analysis and Management

• Work closely with business leaders to understand and translate business needs into analytic requirements, develop an actionable data analysis plan.
• Integrate internal and external data, conduct in-depth analysis of data (including but not limited to sales performance, activity execution, resource deployment, etc.), and form insightful performance analysis reports
• Introduce Salesforce/Power BI system to commercial team effectively and follow up approach to target, collect feedback.
• Follow up Sales team’s sales objectives and activities including target setting achievements, events records.
• Carrying out ongoing evaluation of sales force effectiveness, educating sales force in effectiveness benefit realization
• Conduct data analysis activities to support business planning, including territory allocation, sales target allocation, budget analysis and allocation, AOP Strategy Forming, Sales team productivity, Performance comments expense monitor and control etc.
• Accomplish sales team Annual and Quarterly KPI goal setting and review.

Performance and KPI Incentive Scheme

• Provide analytical findings in performance and KPI.
• Double check incentive pay out for field force of regions on quarterly base.
• Support policy review sessions with BUs to discuss key findings and potential improvements.

• Provide improvement suggestions on SOP or regular reporting side to enhance sales effectiveness.

• Education: Bachelor Degree, major in economics or statistics a plus 
• Over 5 years' relevant data analysis experience, experience in SFE branch from pharma or medical device industry is preferred
• Fluency in English reading, writing and speaking
