MISSION
The Data & Analytics Manager will support the Korea market as a key interface between Business and IT, ensuring effective translation of business needs into data-driven solutions. The role contributes to the development and adoption of a scalable and governed data ecosystem, aligned with BVLGARI’s global Data & Analytics strategy defined by Central IT in Rome, ensuring consistency, quality, and a single source of truth approach. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

Business Partnership

• Act as a trusted advisor to Data & Analytics business stakeholders (Retail, CRM, Merchandising, Finance, Wholesale, Supply Chain) gathering business requirements and translating them functional and analytical specifications [CB1.1] 
• Collaborate with Key Users to validate requirements and outputs 
• Facilitate the alignment between Business, Key Users, and Central IT teams

Solution Design & Implementation

• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and visibility rules 
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets, managing change requests and new initiatives from business stakeholders according to prioritization based on business value and global roadmap 
• Manage local reporting, ensuring alignment with Central IT (Rome) for validation and alignment on global standards  
• Support KPI definition, data modeling, and reporting consistency contributing to continuous enhancement of reporting solutions
• Participate in the end-to-end lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance 

User Support & Adoption

• Provide functional and technical support (1st and 2nd level)
• Ensure effective adoption of reporting tools and datasets promoting standards and official dataset usage
• Deliver training and documentation to business users and Key Users

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar roles
• Experience working in Global organizations 
• Proven ability to work in a business-facing, consulting-oriented role 
• Retail or Luxury industry knowledge/experience is a plus

Technical Skills
Strong expertise in:  

• Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development) 
• Data modeling concepts and KPI frameworks 
• SQL and data analysis 
• Advanced Excel

Knowledge of:  

• ETL processes / data pipelines (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks) 
• Microsoft Azure data platform
• Enterprise data governance and reporting environments  
• SAP (S/4HANA) a plus

Understanding of: 

• Networking and infrastructure 
• Self-service BI environments a plus Language Skills 
• English advanced-fluent 
• Italian a plus (valuable for collaboration with Central IT in Rome)
