Reports to: Finance Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•   Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics for merchandise, samples, packaging, VM/marketing materials and other company shipments, coordinating schedules with HQ, stores and internal teams.
•   Coordinate import and export customs clearance with freight forwarders and customs brokers, ensuring accurate shipping documents, customs values, duties/taxes, FTA requirements and trade compliance, including CITES where applicable.
•   Oversee 3PL warehouse operations including receiving, storage, allocation, store deliveries, returns, transfers and other inventory movements, and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
•   Monitor inventory across warehouse and store locations, analyze stock status, and manage stock adjustment and product disposition programs including Zero Product Destruction, recycling and other compliant depletion of aged, damaged or non-sellable stock.
•  Plan and manage periodic physical inventory counts for stores and warehouse, investigate variances and report final results to management.
•   Manage logistics partners and local suppliers including freight forwarders, couriers, customs brokers, warehouse operators and service vendors; monitor service quality, costs and operational performance.
•   Prepare logistics cost reports, monthly payment documentation and budget/forecast inputs, and support cost control and process improvement initiatives.
•  Act as the local logistics contact for HQ and regional teams, working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Retail, Marketing & Communications, Finance, IT and other departments.
•  Lead logistics planning for employee/F&F special sales and support store openings, events and other ad hoc projects, coordinating stock preparation, inventory movements and post-event reconciliation.
•   Manage General Affairs and facility services including maintenance, cleaning, security and office supplies, and coordinate ESG/energy-management initiatives with HQ and vendors, including EMS equipment installation and monitoring.

•   Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
•   Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, import/export or a related field; retail, fashion or luxury industry experience is preferred.
•   Solid knowledge of international shipping, customs clearance, import/export documentation and trade compliance; knowledge of CITES or other special permit processes is a plus.
•   Experience in 3PL/warehouse operations, inventory control and vendor management.
•   Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and working knowledge of SAP (MM or related modules).
•  Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
•   Strong coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and priorities.
•   Proactive, hands-on and service-oriented mindset with strong ownership and process discipline.
