​​​​Job Purpose

Lead end-to-end Distribution Center operations across all channels to deliver reliable fulfillment, meet
service, quality, productivity, and cost targets, and support business growth. Ensure effective operational
governance, build an inclusive, high-performing team, and drive DC strategy, continuous improvement,
and technology initiatives. Manage stakeholder and service provider relationships, including tendering,
vendor selection, contracts, and performance reviews.

Responsibilities
 
1. Operational Performance & Governance

• Lead DC operations across all channels to meet service, quality, productivity, and cost
  targets.
• Manage annual budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resources.
• Monitor KPIs, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain effective SOPs, operational controls, and contingency plans to manage risks and
  ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, security, and quality requirements.
• Manage logistics service providers, including tendering, contracts, and performance
  reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional support for business priorities, new store openings, and retail
  events.

2. Strategic Initiatives & Operational Improvement

• Develop and execute DC strategies and capacity plans aligned with business growth and
  service requirements.
• Evaluate operating models, automation opportunities, and investment requirements to
  improve scalability and efficiency.
• Develop business cases and implementation roadmaps in partnership with crossfunctional,
  APAC, and Global teams.
• Lead strategic projects, manage milestones and risks, and ensure operational adoption and
  delivery of agreed benefits.
• Drive structured continuous improvement to simplify processes, eliminate bottlenecks,
  and deliver measurable gains in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

3. WMS & Technology Projects

• Serve as the key WMS user for Korea DC operations, supporting system utilization,
  testing, issue resolution, and operational readiness.
• Define business requirements and lead operational readiness activities and postimplementation
  stabilization.
• Drive system enhancements to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and visibility.

4. People Leadership & Development

• Set clear objectives and provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
• Strengthen team capabilities and succession readiness through structured development.
• Promote employee engagement, inclusion, collaboration, and accountability.

1. Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of progressive experience in logistics or supply
chain, including at least 5 years leading warehouse and fulfillment operations.
2. Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage operational budgets, and deliver
service, productivity, and cost targets.
3. Experience developing and executing operational strategies and capacity plans to support
business growth.
4. Strong expertise in fulfillment, warehousing, transportation, and distribution, including
operational KPIs and best practices.
5. Strong knowledge of operational risk management, health and safety, security, and
regulatory compliance.
6. Proven track record of independently leading complex supply chain projects, crossfunctional
initiatives, and continuous improvement.
7. Experience applying digital transformation (DX), AI, or automation to improve
operational efficiency and decision-making.
8. Strong understanding of WMS and data analytics, with experience using digital tools to
improve operations and decision-making.
9. Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with
the ability to prioritize competing business needs.
10. Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to present business cases, lead
discussions, and collaborate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in retail, apparel, or consumer goods logistics.
2. Experience managing 3PL providers or leading warehouse or fulfillment operations.
3. Experience implementing AI solutions or warehouse automation.
4. Experience deploying SAP S/4HANA.
