The Role 

Responsible for the Asia stock planning; 
which covers the order and delivery management, the allocation from the regional hub to each country and also inventory management by regions within Asia. 
Also KPI reporting to HQ, and trading execution for the key growth and satellite markets including Hong Kong digital, Malaysia retail, and India Wholesale, as well as managing the local markets if required. 
The Merchandising team is constantly looking for ways to improve sales and profits. The ultimate goal for this role is to ensure “right stock, right place, right time” across all assigned markets to maximize sales and profitability.

1. Experience: 
8+ years of relevant experience in merchandising, buying, stock planning, or commercial trading within the retail/fashion industry.

2. Analytical Skills: 
Strong numerical agility with good understanding of business planning, inventory management, and trading analysis.

3.Technical Skills: 
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools. Open to adapting new skills. Familiar to the new AI tools. 

4.Communication & Language: 
Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

5. Adaptability & Problem Solving: 
Confident, proactive, and flexible approach to manage multi-market responsibilities and cover operational vacancies effectively.

Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative regional environment
