Manage 3PL partner for optimum warehousing & logistics services

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, returns, and maintenance activities.
• Improve logistics processes and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
• Work closely with the 3PL team to achieve key KPIs, including fill rate, on-time delivery, shipment accuracy, and project execution.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, identify gaps, and drive service-level improvements.
• Monitor inventory levels to optimize warehouse space utilization.
• Validate 3PL invoices and payment details.
• Support ongoing global strategic projects and ensure timely execution.

Inventory Management

• Monitor and control stock adjustment and movement data from 3PL activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile stock data between SAP and WMS.
• Manage obsolete inventory and support reduction plans.
• Perform inventory quality checks based on requests from Merchandising or Commercial teams.
• Conduct quarterly physical inventory count audits at the 3PL warehouse.

Inbound & Outbound Logistics

• Coordinate with the global logistics team to resolve questions or issues related to incoming shipments.
• Track shipment status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Validate freight costs and support cost control.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve delivery and service-level issues, making adjustment as needed.

• Bachelor's degree
• 3–5 years of SCM experience
• experience in the consumer goods or FMCG industry.
• 3PL management experience preferred
• SAP experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Fluent in Korean and English preferred
