[Job Purpose]
The Business Planning Manager is responsible for driving business performance through strategic planning, business analysis, financial planning, and cross-functional collaboration. This role partners closely with Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and HR teams to develop annual business plans, monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and support management decision-making. 

[Key Responsibilities]
Business Planning 

1. Develop annual business plans aligned with company strategy and commercial objectives.  
2. Lead monthly and quarterly business performance reviews.  
3. Coordinate cross-functional planning activities to ensure alignment across departments.  
4. Support long-term strategic initiatives and business transformation projects. 

Business Performance Management

1. Monitor business KPIs and identify performance gaps.  
2. Analyze sales, profitability, productivity, and operational performance.  
3. Develop action plans to improve business performance.  
4. Prepare regular business review reports for management.  

Business Analytics 

1. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.  
2. Develop dashboards and management reports using business intelligence tools.  
3. Provide data-driven recommendations to business leaders.  

Business Analytics

Cross-functional Collaboration

3. Coordinate business planning activities with regional and global stakeholders.  

Executive Reporting 

1. Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership.  
2. Support Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).  
3. Present business insights and recommendations to management.  

[Job Requirements]
Education 

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.  
2. MBA is preferred.

Experience 

1. Around 10 years of experience in Business Planning, Strategy, FP&A, Commercial Excellence, or Business Analytics.  
2. Experience in multinational companies is preferred.  
3. Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Retail, or Medical Device industries is an advantage.

Knowledge & Skills

1. Strong business and commercial acumen.  
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  
3. Solid understanding of financial statements and P&L management.  
4. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management.  
5. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.  
6. Excellent presentation and communication skills.  
7. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.  
8. Experience with SAP, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is preferred.  
9. Fluent in both Korean and English.
